Where do we start?
We will help you to take a step back, reflect and re-evaluate your business model. We will analyse where you are now in your business and establish where you want to be within a specific timeline. Our process starts with a business health check and analysis, where we conduct an overall review of your business and based upon the review we develop a strategy for growth.

I have over 25 years’ experience in selling and sales management so he is well positioned to guide your business and sales team towards sales peak performance optimisation. Carlton is unique in that he has senior corporate leadership experience, working for FTSE100 organisations , he also has with success in building start-up businesses. He has extensive experience and has researched how to help organisations develop the required skills, knowledge and strategies to create peak performance sales teams. He is pragmatic , diligent and engaging whilst possessing and strong academic underpinning of an MBA and PhD in Business.
